3) Information from Other Sources

We may obtain:

  • Invite-a-friend: If you invite others to our Sites, we collect names and contact details to send invitations and follow-ups. You represent that you have consent to share such information and will not submit a minor’s contact information. Invitees may be informed that you provided their details.

How We Use Information

Your Options and Rights

  • Account Management: If you have an account, you may review and update certain information within your account. If you do not have an account, contact us to request corrections or deletions of inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete, or outdated information; we will act within a reasonable period where required by law.

       Note: You may still see ads after opting out; they may be less relevant. Deleting cookies can remove your opt-out preferences.

  • Do Not Track: Our Sites currently do not respond to DNT signals; our data practices remain as described in this Policy.

If you apply for a position with us, we may collect:

Your California Rights and How to Exercise Them

  • Authorized Agents: California residents may designate an agent registered with the California Secretary of State to submit requests on their behalf, subject to verification.

Financial Incentives: From time to time, we may offer promotions, loyalty, referral, or newsletter programs that could be deemed “financial incentives.” Participation is voluntary, and we will obtain your consent. We may collect your name, email address, and phone number to administer the program and market to you. If a program is operated with a partner, we may disclose information to that partner for program administration/marketing. We estimate the value of your data based on our reasonable, good-faith calculation of anticipated revenue, discounts provided, and/or program costs. Nevada
