If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@voyagermilk.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Under normal circumstances orders shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3 PM are not guaranteed to go out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. 

Normal estimated Delivery time varies based on selected rates (1-10 days)
